i've heard the anthems of the stagnant / they set fire to my ears / their expressions, dull and vacant / their faces insincere / you can stuff your pockets till they're bursting at the seams / but when upstate gets cold / who will you grasp for heat? / your life has lost its vibrance / now you can feel your age / traded in everything you love / for status and for wage / the melting of the snow makes me feel like i could drown / but i still feel the frozen ground
I love this album because it's my favorite album to listen too while I am skating. It is my absolute favorite album. And I cannot get enough of it. From it's completely unique sound to it's album cover. midst Quietus

I'm sorry I missed out on this band 'til now. Landscapes sound excellent, a must for any fan of UKHC in the first decade of the century. I'd put them on a playlist with early Gallows, Alexisonfire, Comeback Kid, Dead Swans, Lay It On The Line, Mercury League and HHH. Burning Flag Designs
